Vancouver Museum Reborn

I note that the Vancouver Museum has rebranded itself. After a lengthy self-examination, the museum is re-launching on June 1 as the Museum of Vancouver with a new focus and a new energy.

The Vancouver Museum always suffered a bit from its location and its confusion in the public mind with the Planetarium, with which it shares a building. Let's hope this new initiative will raise its profile in the community. Every city needs a good museum.

The museum's new website is www.museumofvancouver.ca.
